My basketball coach told me i needed to start working out to get better, and i've been inlove with it ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change, having goals to achieve, helping and giving advise to others, and your body is one of the ONLY things you have complete control over, what you look like is all on you!
How I Stay Motivated:
the love of lifting, i love being in the gym, eating right, and seeing my body change

Losing 56 pounds in 3 1/2 months. 216.bs to 160lbs. 25% bodyfat to 5% bodyfat

Goal (Long):
Ive never been out of shape or fat, i started working out after my basketball coach told me i needed to start lifting if i wanted to get better. After my senior season in highschool i found myself working out all the time, i loved it, from the pump to my body changing. I found i can put on weight/size pretty easy. Late 2008 i decided to do a major bulk, but eventually put on way too much fat, and felt horrible. i was 216lbs..and probably between 20-25% bodyfat (didnt test, so im not possitive). I would push my trash can up to the street, and be out of breath, clothes that use to fit, didn't anymore, and my gut came out farther than my chest. enough was enough. I went on a serious cut at the beginning or Feb. 2009, and by May 2009, i dropped 56lbs, and went from 20-25% body fat to 5%. I eventually want to be around 175-180lbs at 5%.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

Tuesdays are my off lifting days. Just cardio for me today! can't wait for chest and triceps tomorrow though! Today im taking cardio outside. Gonna do some jumprope, sprints, bodyweight lunges, suicides, jogging, etc.
Also has anyone taken or have any feedback on Beverly Int. Ultra 40? and...
i make my own workout programs up. my current workouts look like this
Monday- 15mins cardio, Back n biceps, then 45 mins cardio
Tuesday- 60 mins of cardio only
Wednesday- Chest and triceps only
Thursday- 60 mins cardio only
Friday- 15mins cardio, Legs n calves, then 45 mins...
showtime what kind of diet did you do thats awesome about the weight lost. i weigh about what you did weight and i want to get down to about 170 hit me back if you can with the diet

That I haven't. There are so many companies out these days its almost impossible to keep up on it all. I have had the Nectar though that I saw in your supps pic. I really like the Max Muscle proteins though. Top shelf and digests much easier than some cheaper proteins I've had in the past.
I just measure them out whole. Easier to go to the natural grocery and pick up some in bulk. Picante sauce is kinda like salsa. You'll find them in the same section. Just gives the eggs a little flavor without going overboard on the sodium. I never cut sodium out completely unless its for a specific event. Your body needs it. I just keep it in moderation.
Also, dunno if you saw my blog but my cutting diet is posted there now also if you wanna make some comparisons. I'm actually holding off on the last fats before bed for now, but if I have to I'll ad 1oz of them in along with it.
I just completed my first show and plan to continue on the competition circuit until I feel I have a great package put together :) Once you do it once, you kind of get hooked!
