How I Started:
I grew tired of being overwieght and out of shap since leaving high school. recently a friend lost 70+ lbs. and that inspired me to really get off my ass and get it done.
Why I Love It:
i love the pump while working out. the best feeling in the world is sitting down and relaxing after showering after a good heavy lifting session and 3 mile run
How I Stay Motivated:
bb.com keeps me motivated. and seeing the improvements in my body when i look in the mirror. also i want to be as strong, fast and fit as i can when football season starts
