if your like me and you don't use roids, you will have to be very selfish and work hard. you'll mess up friendships and relationships along the way and you'll have to decide if having bulging muscles is that important. I say just keep lifting and having fun and adding a little size each year. otherwise you'll **** up everything.

The only supplements I've ever taken are whey, creatine and an NO (NO Xplode, Shock Therapy or White Flood). Pretty much a strict diet of complex carbs and no "bad" fats are what got me lean. What about you?

bsn offers 30% off for students so that is the way i went! you can set how much you want to spend a month and thats your limit. i like there supplements so far!

not bad just testing out some new supplements. so far liking them! i am on the bsn NO xplode cell mass and syntha 6. i liked ******** but that crap is way to expensive!
