My Workout Program
For weight training, my goal is two body parts per day with four sets and 12 to 15 reps. Somedays I go to the gym twice.
I'm developing a more active lifestyle overall. Don't sit and watch TV. do crunches at commercials if you must. There's walking, blading, biking, hiking, boarding (maybe), learn kayaking, basketball, tennis, find a spinning class. . .etc. I just do not want to get bored or stuck in a rut.

I'm not sure if I should do higher reps/less weight for the first month or so to get my overall body weight down. But I do want to have a body building physique so my thought is to find a nice place in the middle. Medium weight/medium reps until I'm ready to really build muscle.
I dont count calories or measure anything. But I have not been giving into cravings -- there really haven't been many.
