How I Started:
I hate the feeling of my thighs rubbing together. It's the worst feeling in the world and I'm so sick of it. I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life and I'm tired of it. I want to look good for my boyfriend and have the energy to stay awake in class and keep up with the patients in the hospital.
Why I Love It:
Working out actually gives me energy to get through the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if I don't do something about it, I'm only going to get heavier.

I want to lose weight and have a toned butt, thighs, and stomach!
Goal (Long):
I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life and it's horrible. I've never been so tired and lazy in my life. I want to have the six-pack I've never seen. I want to see my thigh muscles and look good...no, GREAT in shorts or a miniskirt. I want triceps instead of flab. I want to be able to wear low-rider jeans and not have my stomach hanging over them. I want to be able to look good in a bikini by the time spring break hits. I want to be down around 110-105 pounds before the year ends and be able to do a pull up! If I actually stick to a plan, I know I can do this.
Uggggh. Sooooo here I am.. it's going on the 15th hour of work now for today. I didn't get a chance to work out today due to all this stupid work. I do it to myself though, so I shouldn't complain. I would hope that this day off would help all my muscles get a chance to rebuild, but it always...
