Carb addiction is still the same. I figured since its so tough to control i bought me a high dollar treadmill and do 3 to 4 miles every evening when i get home to help handle the excess calories. On week 3 and so far so good.

How u doin man. Training has been so so. Got busy with work and family the past few weeks so its not been what i would like it to be. Gotta pick up the intensity and consistency. I got some goals i want to accomplish by january

u gotta do man. Start off light, real light and just take your time. Dont try and rush into them heavy. Just get your your form down and everything else will follow

Heavy Bench, Leg day consist only of squats nothing else. I do 12 sets total and find that it has made a big difference in my legs. Deadlifts, Bent-over-rows, and cleans. These are the main things that i concentrate on.
