How I Started:
I started working out in high school for sports. I immediately excelled in the area of weight training.
Why I Love It:
I have been working out for 16 years now. It is just a way of life for me. I cant imagine not working out and just having a out of shape flabby body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work in law enforcement so my job itself keeps me motivated to stay in shape. Also it makes me look at least 6 years younger than what I really am. I love showing up the youngsters at the gym.

Can def understand that big homie....The Family and Work they are def of high importance your a BEAST so im sure you will get back into the swing of things with no problem. On my end been in & out of town a lot last past couple of weeks so just trying to get motivated and back into a consistent routine. I'm going to make it happen though!

Took your advice and hit the squats im def feeling the after affects..lol Loved it though and def something im going to have to start incorporating into the regimen so i can fully develop.
