BB Accomplishments: natural weight is 127. im 164 12% and have only been lifting for 2 1/2 years.. and i tore my right shoulder labrum... resulting in 8 months off time.. and im still dealing with it

How did you know the right shoulder labrum is hurt? I am having a lot of pain in my right shoulder. What was the course of therapy to fix it? Sorry for all the questions. Good luck.
