I want to one arm snatch my bodyweight. Right now I'm stuck at 138 on both my right and left hands. I'm gonna pound the hell out of them until I can get up my bodyweight with one or the other, though I suspect it'll be my left (your non-dominant side is better for quick lifts).

Fighting through some injuries- tendinitis in my right knee and a pulled glute/hamstring tie-in in my left leg.  Had to cut the dl workout a bit short today as a result, so instead of 6x3 with 455, I pulled 4x2 with 455, then did rack pull/shrugs with 500, jump setted with reverse grip thick...

Thanks, bro! I compete mostly in the APF and AAPF, but also compete in WABDL and NASA. I have been thinking about competing in the USAPL and IPF in the near future. The IPF is the closest to getting into the Olympics and they do have meets at the World Games.
