Current-150 , Target 160lbs 

my body fats= 17%, target 14-15%

 

Meals per day= 6 times 

PROTEIN 1,367.49 /4cal= 341.87g /6 meals per day = 57 grams of Protein per meal. 

CARB 1.094/4 = 273.50g/ 6 meals per day = 46 grams of Carb per meal 

FAT 273.5/4= 30.38g /6 meals per day = 5 grams of Fat per meal
