How I Started:
My brothers used to train at home as we had a little gym and they were both massive. My brother at 16 was dumbell pressing 50kg per arm and i thought, damn i want that. so i started mucking around with him, having sibling competitions (we called it the fantastic 5 . whoever was strongest on arms/chest/back/shoulders and legs for the week would win and the loser would have to buy subway on friday). so after that little comp i began personal training under the guidance of Scott Mcphearson (the man is a champ). my training partner was an animal from scotland Derek McBride , he could push a man to limits he didnt even know he had. but it wasnt until we met James Raftos from Sydney Australia. that guy is like the Yoda of the training world. he would look at a piece of equipment and find a hundred things to do on it. he was the epitomy of perfect form and training.after meeting James he taught me so much and after 10 years i still have the passion to train.
Why I Love It:
Not only does it align everything in my body, not only do i love the euphoric feeling after ive blasted my guns or smashed my legs or any other awesome workout with words like smash and blast in em!!, not only do i love the attention it gets me, not only did it give me the confidence in myself at an early age that i could achieve anything, not only is it ,i believe, the foundation to a fantastic future in every aspect of life (ripple effect). but god damn it i just plain love it...You all know what i mean !!
Anyone who has ever gone to the gym and trained, and i mean realy trained , (not that whole get dressed up and go to the gym and stand around talking to ur mates pretending to push weights and hitting on chicks). but really trained, had ur gym partner push you so hard that even if u dont get to wash the car or please your woman that night.(ok scratch the woman remark) but trained so hard that you walked out of the gym knowing you accoplished something that day..and more importantly..having the hunger for the same intensity the next day.
We all love it and know the feeling!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Like i said earlier it makes me feel good. if i go a week without training i start to feel like Shit. I just really enjoy training , plus it doesnt hurt that when i pick my kids up from school all the yummy mummy's have a good stare.
BB Accomplishments:
going from a very lean 187cm (78kg) to 106kg (same height obviously) and it not being fat.
Building a body that im proud of.

Goal (Long):
Well i used to be a personal trainer i was training with some real power houses. i was looking at competing but then i had kids and lost the abitlity to train as often as i would have liked. now my kids r a little older and im still only 30 im getting back into it. this time round im just looking at building a well proportion body, nothing too big.
after all " the world needs a superhero"
Oh and Superman is the man!! close to his body type out of all the superhero's
gimmie 3 months and i will be supermans double.
