Cool deal. Rugby is one of the tougher sports for sure. Training is going good. I was stuck on some lifts but have been able to get through and increase the weights. Just used some more drop sets. Are you in the UK?

Minmizing my carb intake has been key to my fat loss. I keep my protein level high and watch my fats. Chicken, turkey, some tuna, multi grain breads, veggies and fruit along with supplements are my diet. -Jeff
