I have been doing weights for over 6 years and am finding it hard to get much bigger. I don't know what im doing wrong

I want to increase my overall muscle mass. With a strict diet and regular workout i hope to gain as much muscle as possible. I have always wanted the sculpted look with a defined six pack and pecs along with bulging biceps.
