How I Started:
I started working out inconsistently when back in 2004, but my diet was bad and even though I got some gains, I soon stopped training. Recently, I'd been working non-stop and eating crap and I found myself hitting an all time high of 182 lbs. I was talking to a friend of mine from the Bahamas online and when I saw HIS progress I knew it was time for a serious CHANGE.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great on the inside and out. As weird as it sounds, I love feeling sore.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com has been my main motivation source since I started. Seeing others progress makes me work harder. Also my Bahamian friend would kill me if he came to visit next year and I was still a lard@$$

I haven't written in a while because I've been busy training and stuff. Been trying to organize my life and my schedule so that I'd have more time to squeeze in extras. Between Gym, Work, Meal Preparation, Studying, Church, Family and the girlfriend, I can't really claim to have much time...
