Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I got an ipod and downloaded a fitness application, i just did abs & cardio :P I built good abs ! I liked the training pain and the results, so i wanted all my body to look like that.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like pushing my body to it's limits , I'm also addicted to that "PUMP" feeling, I like feeling strong and fresh after a cool workout .. And best of all, I LOVE DOMS!

Incline DB press 1 warm up, 1 working
Incline DB flies 1 warm up, 1 working
BB curls 1 warm up, 1 working
Incline DB curl 1 working
Hammer curl 1 working

Day 2 Abs or active rest.

Day 3 Back & Tri's:
T-Bar rows 2 warm ups, 1 working
Pull ups 1 warm up, 1 working
Chin ups 1 warm up, 1 working
Pull overs 1 working
Triceps pushdowns 1 warm up, 1 working
Overhead press 1 working
Skull crushers 1 working

Day 4 Abs or rest

Day 5 Legs & Shoulders
Leg extensions 2 warm ups, 1 working
Lunges 1 warm up, 1 working
Hack squats 1 working
Leg curls 1 warm up, 1 working
BB press 2 warm ups, 1 working

There's someone I watch on youtube whenever I'm sad, Unmotived, Or not ready to make a decision , he's called Nick Vujicic .. this man has no legs and no arms .. he is thankful and he teaches you to never give up .. I cry everytime I see one of his videos but still , all his videos deserve watching.
