Background
I got an ipod and downloaded a fitness application, i just did abs & cardio :P I built good abs ! I liked the training pain and the results, so i wanted all my body to look like that.
I like pushing my body to it's limits , I'm also addicted to that "PUMP" feeling, I like feeling strong and fresh after a cool workout .. And best of all, I LOVE DOMS!
