OVERALL GOAL///COMPETE

"I'm sitting roughly at about 125 pounds at 8.5% bodyfat. I want to get to 130, possibly 135 and 6%. I want to maintain that. I'm not really a bulking and then cutting type person. I have no idea if I'll compete. Right now I'm just doing what I love"
