When I Started:
Apr, 2006
How I Started:
Was very sick and was barely able to run my business. I joined a Yoga class and realized how out of shape I had become. As a kid I did gymnastics and dance. I started to add weight to my proram to help build muscle strength and become hooked. Just completed my strength training leadership program.
Why I Love It:
Just when I think I can not do my last set, or a head stand or flip over a bar and I do, I realize that any goal is achievable.
How I Stay Motivated:
My gym buddy who challenges me ever day!!
BB Accomplishments:
Passing my Fitness Leadership exams and becoming an instuctor.
Growing up I was always chosen last for sports. Today I look younger and in better shape then most of the kids I went to school with. This is reinforced when an instructor will ask me first to demostrate a pose or exercise. I hope to eventually teach yoga or areobic classes and maybe compete in a fitness challenge.

It has been 2 years since my first yoga class. Which began the changes to my lifestyle for the better! It has been bittersweet since once again I spent the month of April in Doctor's offices and even a trip to the hospital.
Since I started working out I have been feeling much...
I took my fitness leadership program and strength training course this winter and learned so much. I printed off the BB.Com 10 mass building split program and went for it!! My gym buddies jointed me and we all saw great changes.
I revamped the program to continue to challenge my...
It is over 10 years old. Long time ago had a party and the tap broke before we even got it on the keg. Luckily it was a small party and people had brought beer with them.
I could sneak across the border. I think it was the keg presses that messed it up. The beer in the keg is moving so I have to really work at keeping it steady.
Hi Shevon! Thanks for stopping by. I am doing very thank you. Still working in the desert and looking forward to going home. At least I am getting in my workouts and staying on target with my goals. And you? How is the pursuit of that extra muscle progressing?
