How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do 3-4 sets with 4-10 reps. When going heavy, I usually pyramid 8,6,4. When I'm maintaining while dieting, I usually do straight reps of 10 at 3-4 sets

30 seconds to a minute, depending on the muscle being trained.

None, I am happy with myself and think I train hard and eat clean to achieve that. I like my body the way it is!
