How I Started:
I have started to be more active since i had my first child 6 months ago. But i came across bb.com and it totally amped up my motivation and intrested me like nothing before.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great. It is my "me time". I know it will make me a better mother and wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB.com is a great motivation tool. Seeing other "real" people and mothers that have made amazing transformations shoots my motivation through the roof.

To live a healthy and active life for myself, my husband and my new baby boy.
Goal (Long):
I set a very short term goal of sticking to clean eating and excercise for two weeks straight...no excuses. May 1 is our local Relay for Life and my goal is to feel great and enjoy walking the track. After that i want to continue to follow my routine (with a few changes so i dont plateau) for 10 more weeks. I believe at that time i will have made this a habit and a part of my life. i want to be healthy and active but also want a rockin body that my husband, and I, will be proud of.

I just stopped by to wish you continued success as you work towards your fitness goal. yeah those first pictures really made me cry...but then got me moving...tough at first, but the happiness and progress comes in time and has kept me moving away from those pictures! Good luck..tell me when you post! :0)

i am so flexible with my workout times!! if i miss morning i will do it in the afternoon if i miss afternoon i workout before bed...that way there is no excuse! flexibility is the key, journal keeping, and i hate diets!! my diet is balancing carbs with proteins every meal and of course cut out the sweets! if you start too strict then you will never succeed! good luck =)
I'm alright but it's hard because one week I gain, one week I lose and I don't know why I just can't lose... I want to be thin but I feel like I will never get there.....
aww I hope that ur son feels better. I'm alright, been working out a LOT but need to get my eating and nutrition under control and having a lot of issues with that :( But I'm going to try harder!
