How I Started:
I have started to be more active since i had my first child 6 months ago. But i came across bb.com and it totally amped up my motivation and intrested me like nothing before.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great. It is my "me time". I know it will make me a better mother and wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB.com is a great motivation tool. Seeing other "real" people and mothers that have made amazing transformations shoots my motivation through the roof.

Main Goal:
Live Healthier
Goal (Overall):
To live a healthy and active life for myself, my husband and my new baby boy.
Goal (Long):
I set a very short term goal of sticking to clean eating and excercise for two weeks straight...no excuses. May 1 is our local Relay for Life and my goal is to feel great and enjoy walking the track. After that i want to continue to follow my routine (with a few changes so i dont plateau) for 10 more weeks. I believe at that time i will have made this a habit and a part of my life. i want to be healthy and active but also want a rockin body that my husband, and I, will be proud of.

10-29-09 HIIT - 60sec run\90sec walk 8 sets total 25 min

Feeling so great! More determined than ever. Keep trying to get some pics up but i think my camra has had it. Guess its time for a new one.....hehehe

I am doing good, workouts are going great just need to tighten up the diet which begins today. It's always tough around the holidays but a new year is here and new goals to achieve. Good luck:)

i am so flexible with my workout times!! if i miss morning i will do it in the afternoon if i miss afternoon i workout before bed...that way there is no excuse! flexibility is the key, journal keeping, and i hate diets!! my diet is balancing carbs with proteins every meal and of course cut out the sweets! if you start too strict then you will never succeed! good luck =)

aww I hope that ur son feels better. I'm alright, been working out a LOT but need to get my eating and nutrition under control and having a lot of issues with that :( But I'm going to try harder!
