Comments: I came into this competition in great shape. My body was where I had wanted it to be. I knew what to expect since this was my second competition, so the nerves were gone. Again, once I stepped on stage I had a huge rush. Coming in 1st, was a great accomplishment for my second competition. Now, I'm ready to take things to the next level and start training hard for nationals.

Level: Amateur
Type: Figure
Bodyweight: 148 lb (67.3 kg)
Place: 2
Comments: It was my first competition but it wasn't the won that I was training for. I did it more for a practice run to see prepare myself for the next weekend because that was the competition I wanted to win. My body wasn't where I wanted it to be, but I wanted to get the experience under my belt. I was very nervous going in since I had no idea what to expect. Once I stepped on stage, I had the biggest rush. I absolutely loved it. It's too bad it is over in such a short time. Even though my body was still a week out for top shape, I can't complain with coming in 2nd place and qualifying for nationals.
