When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been into sports. I played college volleyball. Once my career ended, I continued hitting the gym, but my workouts weren't too intense and they were boring. Once I met my boyfriend (now husband), who's a personal trainer, he got me training a lot harder and doing different rountines. Now, I'm in the gym a lot and loving it. I'm currently training for the NPC Junior Nationals with the help of my husband/personal trainer. I owe most of my success to my husband who is training me in the gym every morning at 5am. He continues to push my body to the limits every workout. I'm also getting help from Elijah Maine (SuperMaine) on my abs.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes in the body. I love how I feel when I get done working out. I know that it is helping me to stay healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My goal is to achieve my NPC Pro Card. I want to compete on the professional level. With that in mind, I continue to push myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding.com Amateur Fitness Competitor of the Week for June 6, 2009 Coming in 2nd place and qualifying for nationals at my first figure competition. Then coming in 1st place, that next weekend, at my second competition.
