I've almost always been involved in some sport but in the past year or so I've been basically inactive during my transition into college life. I wanted to get in shape and my boyfriend suggested exercise and weight training.
Why I Love It:
It's an amazing stress reliever and it always makes me feel accomplished, even if I've had a slow day. It makes me stay positive about my body and want to do more to keep it healthy and looking fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly I just stay in a routine. Daily fitness activities keep me organized and scheduled into it, it isn't something I can remove from my daily plans without creating chaos or confusion.
BB Accomplishments:
Mainly, just finding the motivation to exercise on my own without a sport to "force" me to. I have to make time and I have to make it a daily priority/life change.

Also, another photo taken at the beginning of my workout. Just for comparison.
This was taken when the day after my first workout when I hadn't seen or expected any results yet. Just a frame of comparison for later photos.
Thanks for the comment, and I know the feeling, I will be home in 2 weeks and have to survive 18 days of Mexican, Spanish and Pizza...I swear that is all my family eats. ha ha
