How I Stay Motivated:
My brother Mark is my motivater in the gym. Also my girlfriend, Breigh, and our son, Ashton, also inspire me to be healthy and to give them something to be proud of.
My goal is to trim body fat and produce muscle mass along with endurance.
Goal (Long):
I never have been comfortable with my body. I have been from 175 clear up to 215 lbs. in the last 5 years. I never have had a urge to really transform my body, even though I was well aware that I needed to. My resoulution for 2008 and every year after is to work hard and live healthy. No more diets, I am working on my livets. That my goal to live it, want it, and to acheive it.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
That way if I decide that I want to quit I know I have to face the music of everyone that I told my goals to are gonna know that I gave up. I am not a quitter!

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Protein shakes to help saturate the muscles and help them heal.

I liked it alot. It was something that i could take after dinner and not have the caffine keep me up for most of the night, yet it still produced some decent results. Everyone's body is differen't though, but i'd give it a shot if i were you!
