I hired a trainer, started reading Oxgen Mag and have never looked back. Loved the training and dieting, and continue to love it all.

I am working towards competition for Figure in 2010.
Goal (Long):
I have achieved good results in the past but this time I hope to see more muscle, even less fat and a much stronger and consistant approach with my nutrition. I hope to do better then I have in the past with the ultimate objective to maintain the results and to then continue improving for life. I have a great new trainer who is also a wonderful friend who will also play a big part in my competition prep next year. I will also make sure my training takes priority in my life. So for 2009, I will do everything I can to ensure I remain focussed and on track 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day!

Awesome!! I'm sure the photos will turn out fantastic. News with me? I had to pull out of my first comp. I had to get surgery to reattach my retina in my left eye I nearly lost my sight. The operation was ok but now I have glaucoma in that eye as a result and have lost part of my peripheral vision. But its all good I still have the other eye ha ha. I moved back down to Burleigh as well so I may see you around the tracks. Good luck with the photo shoot matey, I look forward to seeing the pics.

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures.
