Thanks, I am doing well. The eating clean has made such a difference already. My mind set is real strong, I have no problem eating the plain food it is just social peer pressure that makes me feel bad.Thanks for checking up on me.Whenver I need a pep I go to your website and read your comments they get me fired up! My photo update is tomorrow so I am hoping to see some improvements thanks again-Shellz
