How I Started: I was really out of shape, at the time my physique was more bulky and muscular. For the first year and a half I did cardio and abs and afterwards I began lifting the weights.
Why I Love It: Bodysculpting is a surefire way to maintain a lean, balanced physique. For women, it will always be a way to stay productive and confident. I love the lessons I am learning about holding water, eating right and making an effort to stick to the lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated: The mistakes I make and again the lessons I am learning in this lifelong process keep me so motivated. Why? Well, you learn what works for you and what does not and in the end you always get the results you are looking for because you took the time to make corrections and adjustments.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I look forward to getting tighter, and at the same stronger. I am not concerned about size only staying feminine with some muscularity.
Goal (Long): The #1 goal is to be as lean as possible without losing too much muscle. I look for improvements as well as flaws periodically but do not keep a scale in my house. From top to bottom, I cut back on using heavy weight for chest due to fallback on breasts, but I do maintain a chest routine. Shoulders, delts, biceps and legs. have been developed since I was a young girl so now that I am training I learned from experience I need only enough to hold that look. However, having a wide back requires more attention due to the need for detail back there and the same goes for legs which always had some development but clearly need plenty of work! I refuse to settle for less, some say if you dont stand up for something you will lay down for anything and in terms of my physique it is all about progress no matter how much time it takes I am worth it. I want to enter a show by next year 2008 and I plan to do well so as a result I have to work and get my money!
