How I Started:
I feel like I have been gaining weight over the past year from going out to eat and not working out as hard as I should, so I'm really putting my foot forward and trying to make my body better.
Why I Love It:
I just started, but it gives me a good feeling when I see any kind of results!
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is really into the bodybuilding and hes always in my ear rooting me on =]
So I'm just not feeling sore anymore? I worked out really hard yesterday.. I did my back and shoulders and I pushed myself till I couldn't lift my arms anymore, and I have no soreness at all? Do I need to push harder?
P.s [i know im talking about the Wii again..] but, when I play the...
i think you might be workin on a prayer...I would start doing some interval running. If you don't know what that is. It's just running at different intensities. start out easy and work your way up.(i.e. 5 mins @ 50% PEL (percieved effort level) then 2 mins @ 75% PEL.) and so on. One day soon you can take a look at HIIT. supposedly it's good. I just started it though. It's really intense.
