Got tired of studying the articles and staring at the photos and decided to put forth an effort to change my lean physique to an Athletic muscular---but still lean physique. Plus all my friends were either over weight and didn't care or under weight and didn't care.
Why I Love It:
After a good workout, I feel Physically and mentally unstoppable!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is mental. Keep focus of your goal. Be wise of the time. Never wish you could look like someone else. Alway envision yourself under constant improvement.

I want to have a healthy bodyfat percentage of between four and five percent. I never want to compete, I'm just a supportive fan.

I weighted 211 lbs. I seemed happy...heck I was happy, but my cholesterol count was approaching the "cause for alarm" numbers according to my doctor.
179.8 lbs. Salads for lunch. Water replaced all drinks. Crunches. Cheat days once every two weeks. BSN products. But I still need to lose 9.8 pounds to feel victorious!

Goal (Long):
I don't know if it's possible, especially with my genetics. But I wish to look at my mid-section reflection at see an 8 pack in the mirror. I want paper thin bodyfat like I was a career marathon runner or sprinter. I want to be mistaken for a model, athlete, or superhero!
They say it good to have a mental image of what you want to look like after all your efforts in the gym. I try to go to the gym 4 days per week for 1 hour. I don't eat fatty foods, I do eat salads...salmon...skinless Boneless Chicken...oatmeal. I'm trying to be the most health conscience male in my family. Thank you. I would love to see the video. You should have just asked to take a picture. I had a lot of friends and family there, so I was trying to give them all time. It was fun. I lost my head at the morning show, and was disappointed in myself but I am happy that I got there and ready to get back to the gym and back to work.
