Overall since June/July I have been extremely serious about it and have a gym partner who is in excellent shape so it's been motivating and productive.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE to work out! I turn up my iPod and it helps me get away from everyday stress of life and people. I love working out and lifting weights because of the way it makes me feel when I walk out of the gym. I have a sense of accomplishment, increased energy and I love the endorphins!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by making the gym a set part of my schedule. I have made it a huge part of my life. I make sure that 4-5 times a week, the gym is on my schedule. I have decided that working out is just as important as ANYTHING in my life and I don't bite off more than I can chew.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, for the most part I have lost a LOT of weight since my high weight when I was younger. In the past 1 year I have lost 8-10 lbs and I have also shaped my body and built muscle.

My fitness goal is to lose 10 lbs and I want to gain more muscle. I want nice cut arms with visible triceps and biceps. I would also like to decrease my body fat and tone up my abs.

No, the peanut butter...all natural...is great. I use Smart Balance Natural Peanut Butter. It has Omega 3's, and flax oil. No refined sugars, No trans fats, and No fatty acids. If you are really iffy on the peanut butter you can omit it. Good luck.
