How I Started:
My buddy Matt wanted to start going to the gym. I went constantly with him for 3 months then he moved away. Been off for about 9 months, but now I really need to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
Love seeing gains, love noticing how I get less tired doing the same activities as my weight goes down and strength goes up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I haven't been able to STAY Motivted for long periods of time. Hopefully this time is different. It WILL be different. New life begins 4/20/2009!

Goal (Overall):
Currently Weigh in at 230. Starting p90x today July 13th. Goal is to drop to 165ish or 12% bodyfat by the end of March 2010. Bulk from there.
Goal (Long):
Well I have been pretty fat since I was 12 or 13. Lowest I can remember seeing the scale in the past 7-8 years was 10th grade (I was 15). I know I weighed around 215ish or so, but I was able to drop to 192 after 2 months. Since then the lowest I have even seen myself go on the scale was maybe 220, with a peak of 250. I am just tired of being fat. I want to lose weight, get in shape, feel better about myself and the clothes I wear. I HATE buying clothes because I feel nothing looks good on me, and I feel like people see me as this obese person. I want to change that. After I lose a lot of weight I really want to gain muscle, I want to wear fairly tight shirts and have my chest muscles pop out. Nothing extreme, but I want to look good, and I Know I can do it.
