This is just playing around with Stevep78's plan and following his diet. I can see greater definition in my tri's and shoulders, plus my abs are peaking. Can't wait to put all into practice Monday.

Starting see more definition in my abs. I see them better in the mirror. However, my curse of fair skin doesn'y allow the camera to pick it up.
