How I Started:
Got tired of seeing myself in the mirror. I wanted to get back to the shape that I was in earlier.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to sort through my problems and gets rid of the personal stress of dealing with others problems daily.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself in the mirror and see the progess or lack there of and hit the gym. Also, seeing the guys on this site and wanting to accomplish what they have.

I have been otta wack for the past few months with my eating and traing. I just came back from New York where I only was able to workout 2 days last week plus ate crappy. I need to get this under control and get back into a routine. Hopefully this week will be my week to start getting...

I'll eat a ton of protein, carb rotate and do the psychotic workout..
Basically I eat 6-7 times a day . Avoid fast foods, altho I do eat some white bread (which should also be avoided). most of the carbs I take in is from rice, pasta, or veggies. My usual daily proteins come from chicken, tuna and red meats. Also every couple of months i take creatine monohydrate + labrada supercharge which rapidly incereases my body weight (most of it due to water retention), but at the end of the cycle my weight doesn't go down very much
well you're doing a great job so far.. I might look defined on my profile photo but I'm not really (guess its the angle and shading). But it's all a part of getting in shape.. Hard work both ways (when you bulk and cut)
not really.. although I'm trying to lay off the usual "junk food" as much as I can. My goal is to gain AT LEAST 7 kilos by april and then it's cardio time :))
The story with BF: About a year ago I had a trainer do the pinch test and he got 18% last 2 times I checked was at a friends house on one of those scales that can tell you the BF based on your stats and that told me 22%-23% that was about 3 months ago I based Steve's plan around 23 I think that's what I gave him..not sure what I am now. How do you check yours?
TOtally know what you mean about time off! lol! You need that :) you got really lean which means you can always do it again I'm still trying to get there so the fat that I want to come off it taking verrrrrryyyyy slow to come off I've seen some changes but not like "wow I'm dropping fat!" type changes LOL
