Got tired of seeing myself in the mirror. I wanted to get back to the shape that I was in earlier.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to sort through my problems and gets rid of the personal stress of dealing with others problems daily.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself in the mirror and see the progess or lack there of and hit the gym. Also, seeing the guys on this site and wanting to accomplish what they have.

I am 197 and have been working out for 3 months. I have not lost any weight but body fat.
As you can tell from the tittle these two do not mix with a sexy and lean body. My granmother bless her heart does not know how to grill anything. Everything is fried. My son turned 9 on Saturday and birthday cake was pushed in my face. I caved in. So this week will be an attempt to...
I can't really put a time frame on that...you need to take weekly progress pics. That's the best way to judge what's going on. You might need to change things up....
Actually I stepped it up a notch because i didnt like my pics as much as I was hoping I would. I added more cardio and more exercises. Jump rope between weight sets sometimes to burn it up more hahaha
If abs are a main priority I would say lean out first, in my opinion I think you would be much happier in the end if you first gained and then leaned out, it isnt quick satisfaction but at the end of the process you will be even that much more appreciative and excited. hope this helps!
what up bro..training is intense as it comes..me and my 52 year old partner are like warriors..only thing is, we workout in a pansy gym..u know the scenery is a big part, right lol..
