How I Started: Got tired of seeing myself in the mirror. I wanted to get back to the shape that I was in earlier.

I can't really put a time frame on that...you need to take weekly progress pics. That's the best way to judge what's going on. You might need to change things up....

Actually I stepped it up a notch because i didnt like my pics as much as I was hoping I would. I added more cardio and more exercises. Jump rope between weight sets sometimes to burn it up more hahaha

If abs are a main priority I would say lean out first, in my opinion I think you would be much happier in the end if you first gained and then leaned out, it isnt quick satisfaction but at the end of the process you will be even that much more appreciative and excited. hope this helps!

Typically, 5 days.. 45 minutes weights and then cardio sessions.
