How I Started:
I got tired of complaing about my body and decided to do something about it!
I picked up a Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine and read the article about Pauline Nordin! Weight training is now a daily part of my life. I love being one of the few girls in the gym who are not afraid of lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
It feels so good to be in control of your body!

I read Pauline Nordin's daily www.fighterdiet.com/blog.
I read training articles they remind me of what I am striving to achieve!!
Definitely music I keeps me zoned out and focused.

So I completed the beyond 300 workout last night and let me start by saying it's not easy. I didn't do itĀ for time this time since it was my first time thru it but, I will next time. My favorite exercise has to be the lying leg raise with dumbbells. Get a good ab workout and chest! See below...
Hey as you can see I am slow in responding :). It's been a rough year so I am trying to get my mind focused to get some goals accomplished for 2010. I am currently doing cardio in the mornings and weight training in the evenings. Trying to nail down the clean eating. How about you?

i've been good. i slacked off a bit for a few months but I'm now back on track. got some good workout partners and my knee is healed. still working on my lower half and nutrition habits. u back home now?
Hey Hey Hey!! What's going on?! Hope you're still on track! How's those kettleball workouts? I ask a trainner at my gym about some information the the Kettleball works outs for you and all he said was that it is like a bootcamp and extreme conditioning, alot of bodyweight excersice and blood pumping trainning. Sorry that's i got out of him! TTYL!
