Background
Update 2011: After the serious losses of 2010, most heartbreaking the loss of my mother, I knew that there would few things to help me get on with the business of living my life with honesty, joy and gratitude again. Weight-training has always been an effective channel of release and healing. So, as of may 2011, the time has come for me to kick my own butt back into the excellent shape that I KNOW I can achieve...and be able to say to that fellah in the mirror: You gonna be alright, Boi and you STILL Look Goood Nekkid!
Update 2011: Keeping one's life in balance is a dynamic creative process, with seasons and cycles unique to our needs, desires and stages of growth. Working out is one of those positive vehicles that balnces the spiritual, emotional, psychic-mental and relational aspects of my life. Weight Training, working out, running and meditation are those physical activities that anchor the overall elevating changes in body mind, heart, and life that I desire and need. I like seeing in myself and on my body the similarities to all the fitness and athletic models that flood the net and magazines. That's what I want to be, but more importantly that's how I wanna feel ...its equal or better..healthy, happy, successful and fulfilled.
