Well let's see... I've always been active. For the last four years I've been a professional glamour/bikini/lingerie/playboy model. I now work for myself and run the charity division of a small web-based company. I've recently made the decision to pursue body building and competition. I'm a very goal oriented person and I always want to find a way to push myself harder and further. So here I am!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better and more confident in myself. I love seeing the results of my hard work on my body. I love the challenge and I love the pain. Oh yes, pain can be pleasure!
How I Stay Motivated:
I "stalk" fitness pros. lol. I find that keeping a watchful eye on those who are excelling at their sport keeps me motivated to reach their level.

Goal (Long):
I want to compete at the National/Pro Level within two years. I have placed well (2nd and 3rd) in my first two competitions so I have set the bar higher for myself. If I don't keep high goals, I just loose motivation. I have to be the best and I WILL be the best!
She is my trainer, nutritionalist, my sounding board, and my guidence to reach my goals. She has helped me see and understand things I never could have on my own.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I eat all natural fruits and veggies. If it needs it, I add stevia, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, garlic, lemon, mustard seed, vanilla, or any other spice like nutmeg, ginger or all spice.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I want to say that you look amazing! You have the body that so many women want but are not willing to put the work into developing. You should be complimented on your dedication, determination as well as achievements. You are a fantastic inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
I can't beleive i live here (Vegas) and didn't hear about the show (ugh)...good luck to you!! I may try to check that out i always wanted to go to one.
