Looks like you getting to a good start. Nice that Justin Rozon is giving you pointers. You will get there too. Keep doing what you are. Guns look good. Hang in there.
well i m guessing what you just asked was for like a long period of time, not right before the comp, but i'm just on a protein diet, 4 chicken breast a day, 1 steak, 2 shakes, tuna, and potatoes and stuff, not a fun diet
well, see my diet would be way different cuz im getting ready for a comp, like me its a whole different way of eating, i eat normal in the offseason, i eat w.e, it doesnt bother my body
well dieting is the biggest part, nail that and you ll be on your way, training also helps, you could do circular training and get pretty ripped, but not as much as dieting
I just have a little carbs in the morning as a filler with my eggs (sometimes potato or oats) but i have the majority of my carbs immediately after my workout mid day (Approx. 100g). After a hard training seesion your body wants to grab on to something to replenish itself. I always have a 40g protein shake and the carbs within a half hour of training. I try not to eat any more carbs for the rest of the day. I'm probably taking in about 200g a day
PROTEIN is the building block of muscle! Carbs are good in moderation, but I see most results in my vascularity and especially my abs when im keeping the carbs low. I don't like to load up on carbs to gain weight in the winter, i like to stay lean year round and makes small gains of QUALITY muscle every year. My only carb meal is 100g of carbs immediately after my workout (mostly oats)
Pretty strict (4 protein meals [Mostly eggs and Chicken], low carbs, no extra sugar, two 40g protein shakes). Check my supplements. Size On creatine pills by Gaspari are a great supplement to put on some quality muscle, but only if you stay on a high protein/low carb diet, otherwise forget it. Try switching up you NO XPLODE to either NaNo Vapor by Muscletech or SuperPump250 by Gaspari as a pre workout drink. I alternate between the two (Both are much more efficient than NO XPLODE)
I started training about the same age as you and always looked fine, but just recently I have been seeing major differences, but not too much in the way of weight gains...check my progress pics. I attribute it mostly to muscle maturity, diet and suplementation. Training is the easy part bro!
Biggest tip for arms is leave ur ego at the door! You don't have to lift heavy to to have hard, detailed, solid guns. Do your exercises strict, don't cheat and squeeze them! Leave the heavy stuff for another day and another body part.
