Father gave my brother and I all the msucle and fitness magazines at age 11 years old, and he bought us the whole weight bench set for christmas when we were 12 years old and we started working out from there, taking in creatine and protein shakes lol
Why I Love It:
I love the burn, the workout, keeps me young, a challenge, i would like to get on stage one of these days, im looking forward to also, and it helps me build extra strength for gymnastics and martial arts
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at pictures of people who are larger than me, talking with people who are into bodybuilding as well and also into fitness and yeah its also keeps stress off of the mind
HEYYYY!!!!!! Someone says i should be prepped right now for next year! lol. going quite good so far, Diet has been off, cookies, cereal and bar b que chicken and white rice. HA! Just have to get those legs big!
I've actually been three weeks into my new training regimen and diet. I'm off for the week, so I've been pluggin' away with my cardio. What's good with you?
