Father gave my brother and I all the msucle and fitness magazines at age 11 years old, and he bought us the whole weight bench set for christmas when we were 12 years old and we started working out from there, taking in creatine and protein shakes lol
Why I Love It:
I love the burn, the workout, keeps me young, a challenge, i would like to get on stage one of these days, im looking forward to also, and it helps me build extra strength for gymnastics and martial arts
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at pictures of people who are larger than me, talking with people who are into bodybuilding as well and also into fitness and yeah its also keeps stress off of the mind
Been training hard now.....no sex, just plain training, hardcore, getting it in there in the training, non stop everyday training. in my opinion..no such thing as genetics stopping you!!!! :)

I have beefed up the ab work outs and its really helped alot. Its amazing how a month of serious ab workouts can make a difference. I used to put them off to the end of my workouts and often leave the gym with out getting to them at all, but now I do them right after my cardio and sometimes twice in one day. One day I will look like we come from the same genetic pool:)
