Reason: I have watched her transform herself within months. It's amazingly inspiring.

Reason: Not only did she transform herself once but she went back for more a second time around. Amazing.

Reason: Herm is all business, all the time (ok most of the time). He does what he says, means what he says, take it or leave it. In or out, all or nothing, no half way point.

Reason: Jamie inpires me because eventhough she has a health condition, she doesn't let that hold her back from being a fitness model. She proves it's possible to do anything if you believe in yourself.

Reason: This girl is amazing. Her hard work and dedication to fitness has resulted in an amazing physique. Not only is she strong bodied but strong willed as well. :)

Reason: Freakin AMAZING transformation. This is determination to the max.

Reason: She's a truly inspiring, straight up honest about everything, chick. :) I'm not a mom yet but one day I will be and she is proof that you don't have to end up with a mommy body.
