I was selected by Iovate Health Sciences to transform my body. It's been a long road with alot of bumps along the way.
Why I Love It:
I don't always love it but I know now that if I want to live a healthy life, working out is part of the equation.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people on this site keep me motivated!! They keep me in check and I try to do the same. I also make sure to take pictures. When your mind's eye is lying, a picture will tell you the truth.

How many days per week do you lift weights?

Mostly from my husband who used to compete. But I get new programs from magazines and online.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Sometimes I'll do 3 sets of 15 or 4 sets of 10. Now I'm going to do 4 sets of however many reps I can do. I want to up my lifting weight.

It's a three week long diet and the first two have good carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, squash...the third and final is TONS of veggies and protein. It seems to be working but I'm hungry. At least it's only for one week. :D

Lol oh jeez. Don't feel guilty though! You work super hard and have the body and general discipline to prove it! One wild and crazy junk food romp won't kill you. Lol, that sentence came out pretty erotic but you know what I mean! =P 4 Days a week sounds like plenty! =D Today i did 3 P90X workouts back to back to back because I skipped yesterdays. I feel mentally disturbed for some reason now. Lol! =P

no, no jitters...just gives a little energy, improves mood and controls appetite..but I take a lot less than the recommended dose..I just take 2 pills around 4-5 pm (I only need help in the pm for cravings)
