How I Started:
Just decided that I neede to change my appearance and outlook. Start reading muscle and fitness mag and inspired by the "real" muscle that I want to gain and loose fat.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy bodybuilding. It changes the way I feel and motivates me to do better and give it my all! Once I hit the irons I can't wait for the burn.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read all about health and exercise. I go to the forums and seek all the information that I can find. I visit bodybuilding.com and get inspired by all the progress you guys are making.
BB Accomplishments:
I am able to maintain a routine workout. My body fat is dropping and need all the support I can get to stay motivated!

thanks for the comment and the rating brah!! yeah i love swords and bigger than that i love making them too!!! that one i have in the pic i didn't make but it's a fully fuctional sword and very sharp. i have tested it on fresh beef and it sliced and cut the ribb bones cleanly!! meat and senew and fat and all!! now that is a blade!!!
