ever since i was in 6th grade i wanted to get a 6 pack. im very athletic and play multiple sports but i started lifting kinda in the beginning of my sophomore year in high school because i got stuck in weight lifting for a elective... surprisingly i liked it. then i got more serious and when i got home from school i would do little workouts.ha.
Why I Love It:
i love it because its a confidence booster in sports and it gives you strength and makes you feel strong. now when i play a sport i dont second guess my self because im confident that i can take on my opponent. also it makes me feel good and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by watching the movie 300 EVERYDAY.... ha jk. well my idol is Rachel robinson from mtvs rw/rr challenges and she has a fittness web site and i ussaly go on there to stay motivated and learn from other peoples mistakes.
BB Accomplishments:
i can do 20 good push ups for 2 sets and i could do 4 pull ups correctly!!! ha

Hey,
I think you got me on being in shape. Great job at keeping focused and at your age, you are gonna see some great gains. Keep it up and love your smile! Hope you have a great Sunday.
haha awesome job being such an optimist! Not so much cheating as it is treating yourself for all the great work =P haha. wouldn't worry too much anyhow. you look great.
For me i did a lot of sit-ups (different variation of sit ups as well) swimming laps in pool played a lot of sports that involve lots of running. Also staying motivated and setting goals for myself i hope this advice helped
