How I Started:
I checked out a gym down the street and took up a kickboxing class. I was in my early 20's and didn't want to look like the heifers at work (and I was starting to) Even if you're the thinnest of the fatties; you're still a fatty ;(
Why I Love It:
It is such an awesome way to relieve stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I ask myself that same question all the time. Stupid brownies...

I've had three kids and I'm not doing too bad...I like going to the gym.

That's a huge B****!!!! recent pic @ a BDay party
This was taken about two weeks before having my youngest. Appx. 183 lbs! I'm STILL slowly losing the extra pregnancy pounds.

I want to wear a swimsuit and look GOOD...wet suits and rashguards not a necessity!
Goal (Long):
Here I am, 30 yrs. old and mother to three beautiful little girls. My youngest will just be a year old in September. I began working out after my oldest was about two years old and have been up and down weight wise b/c of the pregnancies (high-risk). Due to the fact that I had my first at 19, I have not been very enthused about my body for most of my adult life. Even before having her, my teen years meant swim suits with "cover-ups", self conscious about my thighs. Don't get me wrong, I love being a wife and mother! I love my life! I very much enjoy working out and would love to transform my body BETTER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN! I know that the true goal is in body fat reduction, so even though I have a goal set for 115 lbs., I will focus on my overall health, physical appearance, and body fat percentage as opposed to what the scale says, because I do intend to INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE, which is heavier, but looks MUCH BETTER THAN FAT!!! Now, though I am a work in progress, I still need to "give my husband a SON", and when all is done, I will be rewarded with a tummy tuck! I just want the rest of my body to look as good as possible before I get to that point.

The gym has incorporated "lean camp" into the kickboxing class and I am so stoked!  Circuit/plyo activity with instruction and heavy bags!!!!!!
