Background
I did Body Pump classes at Goodlife 3x week for 1 1/2 years. Then I decided to research body building online and found bb.com. I followed the exercises I found here until I decided to compete, then I hired a trainer.
I'm getting younger (really!), I feel better about myself, and I have more energy. On the days that I skip the workout I feel fat and frumpy. On the days that I do what I have planned I feel in charge and fit.

New Commitment
Posted in Training : Oct 02, 2011 1:04pmInstead of starting another journal, I will post in here. Thanks to unheilig's persistance and motivation gained by reading other's posts, I am getting close to making a new commitment. I have been in shape and out of shape. Right now, I'm about 15 lbs over where I should be. Since I enjoy drinking every day, it's not coming off easily. I have lost 10 pounds since February though.
I have been working out 3 x week with Allpro's Beginner program. I'm on cycle 3 week 2. I have been dieting with RFL since February, only I cheat most days and the diet has dwindled down to not dieti
