Pretty much i started off doing this for sport. But im doing it just as much now, if not more, for the physical gains e.g sexyness. Im hoping towards the end of the year i would have reached a stage where i can cut my bf down to <10% without being a twig and have a solid 6 pack. not one of those ones u see skinny shits with, a propper one.
As for the lifting side of it, by the end of this year i would LIKE to:
weigh 85-90kg (without cutting)
benching atleast 100
deadlfting 140
Bentrow 90
squatting 125
hey man im the last one to be given advice on abs but, my school of thoght is that abs are indvidally very small so this means they can be pushed very hard and trained every other day. I just started this on monday. Good luck mate!
hey bud. glad to hear your training is going good. Just after I got my new Smith machine, I fell ill and have been sick for the past 3 weeks, so my training is suffering a bit. But will be back there soon. Stay strong and train hard. Gert

good luck in meeting your goals - 20 pounds should be easy in 6 months; just remember - not all of it will be muscle though - we bodybuilders have a good year if we can gain 10- 15 pounds of lean tissue in a year! train hard - eat loads...
Welcome to BodySpace! Rugby...now there's a tough sport! Just wanted to take the time to say hi and to wish you the best of luck and much success in meeting all your fitness goals. Train Hard!
Good luck with your goals, man. Gaining solid muscle weight is one of the hardest things for a guy to do, especially if genetics are against him. But if not weight, you can definitely improve your game. Enjoy it.
