How I Started:
Growing up I use to go the gym with my mom and watch her lift like someone possessed. She juggled BB and power lifting it still amazes me to this day how she does it. Lifting has always been something I have wanted to get into I started lifting off and on for a few years now never really took it seriously until now.After breaking my shoulder in Combatives school my PT SUCKED ! So I decided I wasn't gonna have it and got in the gym.
Why I Love It:
Honestly...the PAIN !!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife is very supportive of me no matter what and I talk to my mother often. I try to keep my goals in mind.
BB Accomplishments:
ummmm... I can do pull ups with weight !

Welp,

Had an unfortunate accident at the gym a few days ago, the incline bench wanted to break while I was lifting. SOO I am goin to be out of the gym for a few days or so, I am mad enough to spit...
