What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Stretch, and look at fitness pictures and women I admire =)

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
6 small meals a day; adding up to about 1800-2300 calories depending on the workout for the day, low saturated [0-6 gpd] and trans fat [0-3 gpd] , high protein [118-200 gpd] and fiber.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Fresh Fruit or veggies,
I dont want to be too full before working out because I get side cramps.
Sometimes I will have a protein shake before working out.

thankyou.... what is Jamba Juice? I've never heard of it. But I think you'd enjoy being a cop more than a Coastie. I'm looking to get out in a few years and become a trainer. Being in is too much time away from home.
