Get my body fat percentage down to 10%
Have a VISIBLE 6 pack, preferably one I dont have to flex as hard as I can to only see the top 4.. lol
Tone up my glutes, lats, arms, and legs.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Stretch, and look at fitness pictures and women I admire =)

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
6 small meals a day; adding up to about 1800-2300 calories depending on the workout for the day, low saturated [0-6 gpd] and trans fat [0-3 gpd] , high protein [118-200 gpd] and fiber.
Protein shakes [EAS 100% Whey Protein] twice a day on cardio days; Once a day for strength training days.
BIG fan of cottage cheese, yogurt, hardboiled eggs and spinach.
Supplements;
Fish Oil, One A Day Weight Smart ADVANCED, Calcium, and

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Fresh Fruit or veggies,
I dont want to be too full before working out because I get side cramps.
Sometimes I will have a protein shake before working out.

well thanks, i love encouragement and support;) Dont let you temptations or you ED get to you, just will yourself to stay above and and know that you can beat it. You can look as amazing as you let yourself become. if u ever need any support dont hesitate to ask
Gotcha. That just seems *very* high and may end up being more of an endurance workout than a resistance one. High reps to me are in the 12-15 range tops, and hypertrophy tends to fall in the 6-12 rep range. Just my 2 cents, best wishes!
