How I Started:
I use to work out regularly years ago and have continued to read magazines and books about fitness and a healthy lifestyle since then but just recently decided to stop just reading and DO IT.
Why I Love It:
After ONE good workout, I immediately feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't stayed motivated ... that's my problem. I am working on that now.
Getting started is so hard. I understand that this process is difficult, if it were easy, everyone would have made their transformations. I know I have the determination and will power inside of me but where is it hiding? At this point, I am taking it one day at a time.
Just read your blog Shannon and want to stop by and encourage you to JUST DO IT. It helps to sit down and make out a plan, when your going to train, what you are going to do and what you want to accomplish. Just shoot for some short term goals like the way your clothes fit, what you see in the mirror, etc. Just some thoughts, have a wonderful day.
