ShannaYoungchanged Overall Goal: "I want to gain muscle I lost cutting weight during season, improve strength, while maintaining a healthy weight.."
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

Do you sometimes use a protein powder?
Yes
What is your favorite protein powder?
Six Star Whey Protein Powder- sold at Wal-Mart so it's easy to find because I live in a rural town (no GNC!)
