Since attending the Kumite Klassic Fitness Expo in Pittsburg, PA (I originally went for the karate tournament) I have been interested in bodybuilding/lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and being able to see the results.

Many would assume that they would motivate me to reach my goals, but they ultimately seem only to discourage me. My mom will comment on a muscle that I'm losing, or find a new little pocket of fat. ...more

Six Star Whey Protein Powder- sold at Wal-Mart so it's easy to find because I live in a rural town (no GNC!)
