I was inspired and encouraged by
Melissa Gable-Brown (a close friend/personal trainer/ fitness competitor) and my boyfriend, Randy Snyder (HSU Starting Defensive End/personal trainer at two gyms). They taught me everything I know!
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence it gives me. I feel great after a good, hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about having to get in that tiny HSU cheer uniform every week...
and also just wanting to keep feeling confident in who I am, because I have struggled with self image alot in my life. Also, one day competing in a fitness competition after college!
BB Accomplishments:
Trimming down from about 120 to 105 this summer, getting cut and developing muscles I never knew I had! Proving to myself and others that I could do it.
No major accomplishments yet, but I do want to compete one day!

My goal is to burn even more fat off those lower abs!!
Goal (Long):
After college, I want to train to compete in a figure or fitness competition. If I go fitness, I think the cheerleading/dance/tumbling skills I have will get me far. If I go fitness, I will just concentrate on getting even leaner and more toned. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far. This past summer, all I did was train, work and go to summer school! My boyfriend and I really pushed each other in our cardio and I lost 20 pounds. I toned up and discovered muscles that I never knew I had. I have shoulders, biceps and triceps now!!
